BEC reveals North Shore property plans for transformational Whitehaven gateway development
Scheme will lead the way in low carbon development. Cumbrian property company, BEC, has revealed more detailed information about its proposed scheme at North Shore, Whitehaven.
BEC to reveal North Shore Scheme plans this month
The scheme, which seeks to improve the gateway of Whitehaven, will be brought forward with key partners Copeland Borough Council and Whitehaven Harbour Commissioners. The public and industry stakeholders will be invited to view the scheme components at a drop-in hub on the old bus depot site at Whitehaven’s harbour front. Access to consultation will also be available digitally via a bespoke, mobile friendly, website found at www.becnorthshore.com, from the middle of April.

Cumbria County Council and BEC funding bid successful for £2.5m road improvement project. The Department for Transport has confirmed that Cumbria County Council (CCC) has been successful in a bid to secure funding for the Whitehaven North Shore Access project.
